4 weekly 60 -90 minute sessions delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in a group setting.
This course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to active crawling. You will learn a full body baby massage routine to enjoy with your baby along with all the benefits of baby massage, a Colic Alleviation & Prevention routine, and much more.
Our classes are baby-led so don't worry if your baby wants a feed, nappy change, a sleep or a cuddle just feel free to meet your baby's needs.
Included in the price of the course, you will receive a small bottle of baby massage oil, handouts, refreshments, a goodie bag and at the end of the course, that all important certificate of achievement!
I understand that not everyone feels comfortable in a group setting and not everyone is ready to be out and about, sometimes anxieties can prevent us leaving the home, so this course has all the same benefits as the group course : still 5 weekly sessions, but delivered in your own home.
